Overview
Daniel is a Product Designer and Researcher with over 15 years of international experience.
His experience spans from working for startups and small businesses in the property and finance sector to large companies such as Telstra, Vodafone and Coca-Cola Amatil. He has also collaborated with design agencies in Italia, China and Australia.
While in recent years, he has been working for large companies and design agencies. His strong interest in humanitarian causes drove him to conduct ethnographic research on West Bank's Palestinian communities for the Italian Cooperation Office for about three years.
Today, his passion is creating products that deliver tangible benefits while delighting the customers. His specialty is mixed-method research and experimentation applied to conversion rate optimisation and multi-channel customer life cycles.
He has led multi-cultural design teams during his career advocating HCD practices and improving the UX and Agile maturity of the group.
