The DPN chatbot has been used to assist users in coming from organic web traffic and advertising campaigns. The bot was able to reply to general questions from the users and generated acquisitions by collecting information such as email address and phone number.



The use of FB messenger cards makes the chat visually engaging.
Several of automated sequences were created to send to the user engaging articles via Facebook Messenger, selected based on the previous interaction of the user with the bot.



A complex flow has been created to ensure to move users through the conversion funnel.
Quantitative and qualitative data has been constantly collected via analytics tools and client questionnaire.
